My son just turned 14 last week, he plays Pony League (ages 13 - 14) and has been happy with the performance.  He used it during a practice which was a hit-a-thon, he won as he was the only batter to put it out of the park (about 320') with his Phantom.  As a side note, several people have asked about the bat after my son won a hit-a-thon using it. 2. Jay, I wanted to give you some more feedback on your bat. My son loves this bat. I wanted to wait until the weather turned warmer to see how this bat would perform. It is all you said it was and more. My son is crushing the ball with this bat. I was concerned about the length of the barrel but it doesn't seem to be a problem and increases the spring off of the sweet spot by making it a little smaller I am sure.  Feel free to post my comments on your seller's page.
